CRYSTAL CASH
PRINCIPAL - Chambers Elementary School

Dear Parents,

I would like to welcome you back for the 2017-2018 school year. I hope your summer has gone well and you are energized for the beginning of the new school year. I anticipate an exciting year as we collectively strive to foster a culture of learning. I feel extremely fortunate to be working with such an exceptional group of students, families, and staff members. As principal of Chambers for the past 10 years and an educator for more than 40 years, I’m honored that you selected Chambers Elementary School to motivate, inspire and challenge your child to reach their highest potential.

Our teachers have been working hard to prepare excellent learning environments for our students, our custodians have been laboring intensely to ensure that Chambers is fresh and clean, and our administrative team has been strategically planning for a fabulous year.  For those of you, who have students that are new to Chambers, welcome to the Home of the Cardinals! Yes, we have merged with the entire district and we are all Cardinals. For those of you who have students returning to Chambers, WELCOME “HOME”!

At Chambers we support all students as individual learners reaching the goals to succeed academically, socially, physically and emotionally. At Chambers we meet our students’ needs through intense academic curriculum supporting state standards and phenomenal programs such as our gifted program for students that achieve at a higher / faster level. We continue to use research based skills and strategies to support all learners. In addition to our core academics, we immerse our students in Chinese classes, Stem Lab and Spanish. For students that need a little extra support, we will provide after school tutoring.

At Chambers Elementary School, all students will be challenged and inspired to exhibit academic and social excellence.  We hope to cultivate the best in your child by not only holding them to our high expectations for academics but by also modeling and teaching Integrity, Confidence, Cooperation, Respect, Commitment, and Empathy.  We believe that our students are capable of experiencing the highest levels of academic success when the student, the teacher, and the parent work together to achieve this goal.

Enclosed you will find important information and dates from the District so please mark your calendars accordingly.

Thank you and we look forward to working with you this year.

Warmest regards,

Principal Crystal Cash
