The East Cleveland City School District is happy to announce Paula Elder as the new Human Resources Director.  Ms. Elder’s appointment was recorded and acknowledged by the East Cleveland City Schools Board of Education in a special meeting on Monday, May 22, 2023.

Mrs. Elder brings twenty-five years of educational experience to this position, having most recently served as director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment within the District.  Mrs. Elder began her career in education as an elementary teacher, then moving to Reading First data coordinator, curriculum specialist, principal at Superior Elementary School and central office administrator.
