An integral component of our wellness and safety plan is reporting to work, or reporting to the absence system properly. We want to ensure that all employees are aware of the proper procedures to report an absence. Please review the language in your contract for additional information. Below are multiple ways to report an absence. Depending on your role in the organization there may be additional steps required.
There are now two procedures that can be used to report an absence. One is via phone and the other via internet:
Procedure 1 (Phone):
All employees should have received an email from 'Netpost' with the subject AESOP ID and Pin. This email gave you a new call number to be used by all employees to report an absence. That number is: 1-800-942-3767. When calling this number you are to use the ID and PIN number listed in that email.
Procedure 2 (Internet):
All employees should have received an email from 'Frontline Education' with the subject Renhill - East Cleveland School District has invited you to absence management. The website for this process is www.aesoponline.com
. The email will walk you through getting signed on. Once you register, you will be able to use the internet to report your absence.
These procedures do not supersede any other process that requires you to notify an immediate supervisor.
Again, these procedures are for ALL employees to report an absence from the district.
