The East Cleveland City School District receives millions of dollars annually from federal, state and other foundation grants. The district receives federal funding for Title I-A, Title School Improvement Sub A, Title II-A, IDEA-B Special Education, IDEA Early Childhood special Education, Career-Technical and Adult Education and Early Childhood Education. Funding is allocated to address the needs assessment determined by the District Leadership Team (DLT) through the completion of the Decision Frameworks (DF); and to implement the strategies and action steps to meet the goals indicated in the district’s Comprehensive Continuous Improvement Plan (CCIP).
