The Treasury Department is responsible for the overall fiscal management of the East Cleveland City School District. Our mission is to support Cleveland schools through the strategic management and use of federal, state and local dollars. To support our schools and students, the Treasury Department is organized into the following divisions: Accounts Payable, Payroll, Student Financial Activities, and Benefits Coordination.
These divisions provide financial services needed by schools, employees and vendors, monitor and analyze budgetary activity, and provide financial leadership to the district according to state and federal legislation, governmental regulations, Board policies and sound financial practice.
